10 QUALITIES OF WINNERS
Who are winners?
In my previous post of WINNING ATTITUDE I have shared some characteristics of a WINNER.
Today I will share some of the very important QUALITIES which a winner always carries with himself.
"People will try to make you feel inferior and will get jealous from you, just stay quiet and let them get more frustrated, let your success revert them with wisdom."
Most of us don't even know that we already possess these below mentioned qualities but we just need to see beyond the path of PESSIMISM, there we will surely find the ray of hope which leads you towards success.
A WINNER ALWAYS:
1. Applies PPF Formula:
A winner always applies PPF Formula in his life. It sounds very interesting but what exactly it is?
It's nothing but learning from your PAST and try not to repeat it in PRESENT, which automatically makes your FUTURE droolworthy(attractive) & lucrative(profitable).
2. Use Multi directional Approach:
He always use a MULTI DIRECTIONAL Approach as he collects the data from all the directions and makes a Database which further helps him in following his UNIDIRECTIONAL Approach of attaining his Desired Goal.
3. Works on his Personality Development:
A winner is never satisfied with his existing knowledge, he always have an urge to learn even more. He believes that knowledge is the only source which help in enhancing the Overall Personality of an individual, which is really very important.
4. Forgive Others:
A winner is one who never hold grudges and easily forgive other's mistakes. He is so much occupied in his self development strategies that he don't believe in wasting even a single second of his life by holding grudges and complaining.
5. Plan STG first:
A winner always works step-by-step, he always have plans to first attain the SHORT TERM GOALS (STG) in order to achieve his LONG TERM GOALS (LTG). This approach is very helpful for all of us.
6. Mentally Strong:
Whatever the situation is, a winner never gives up, he always tries to remain mentally so strong and optimistic that he happily welcome all the hurdles and turns them into opportunities.
7. Believes in Quality not Quantity of Work:
A winner always tries to do his work in such a way that it should attain the Optimal Quality. He never believes in piling up the work, rather he will complete his quality work with full efficiency.
8. Loves his Work:
No matter how much time he has to spend on his work, how much problems he has to face but he will never give up, he will always pamper his work and sticks with it till the eternity.
9. Praise others's work:
A winner is a pure soul, he will never get jealous of others, he always supports the person who really needs a helping hand. By praising other's work he becomes even more wiser and happier.
10. Applies LTR Strategy:
The one who Listen, thinks & respond makes a perfect combination of sagaciousness(good judgement skills) and honesty . He will speak only when required.
